Proud to be from North Carolina and proud to be American, Doughton Mfg. has been manufacturing automotive and industrial lubrication systems in Charlotte since 1947. To accurately reflect their tradition of quality American made products and personalized customer service, the home page of the custom content management system website welcomes visitors with an image of their pump product in front of the NC state flag and old glory herself. There is also a smiling image of three members of the company’s team.
It was very important to the client that their product information online be presented in the same way they present it offline in their collateral print materials. To make it easy for visitors to find what they need and to allow the client to generate reports on site visitor interest through Google Analytics, the site was integrated with the Google Site Search tool. The custom CMS website allows the client to easily update or add product information using the secure Admin tool. The integrated Email Page and Print Page features allow the clients or site visitors to email or print directly from the web page for the easy sharing or product information.
