AIMG Designs New CMS Website for NY Retail Display & Design Firm

AIMG developed a new content management system (CMS) website for Visual Millwork, a New York City-based brand environment design-build firm and manufacturer of retail displays and fixtures.

“The greatest challenge for many small businesses, and small manufacturers in particular, is standing out among competitors to reach and attract potential new clients,” said Joe DeMicco, Founder & CEO of AIMG. “One of the most effective tools a small business has is its website. Not only does it act as a 24/7/365 digital sales representative, but it is a powerful tool for gathering measurable, actionable data that can be used to develop and monitor a variety of strategic business development initiatives to bring in leads.”

Although the new content management system website is built on a flexible architecture that allows for easy editing and expansion, including the future addition of database-driven functionality such as ecommerce, inventory management, and lead tracking, the website was designed to bring in leads. “It is important to have a website that can grow along with your business,” said DeMicco. “Most do not need to have all the functionality right out of the gate. A professional look, consistent messaging, well-designed landing pages, a way for prospective clients to easily reach out to you, and tracking systems in place, are the essential elements that allow you to use your website to attract new business. Whether prospective clients arrive there by Pay per Click campaign, directory listing, blog post, magazine article, direct mailing, trade show visit, brochure, or even word-of-mouth, your website has to be ready to greet them with the information and direction they need and expect. That was the goal for the new Visual Millwork website. Now the client has an effective tool that can be used in virtually any marketing campaign to attract and persuade prospective clients."
