The Thyroid Cancer Care Collaborative (TCCC) is a cloud-based portal and registry that unites patients who have thyroid cancer with their current physicians to enhance the overall quality of treatment.
“When you look at the end product for TCCC, you see the user interface and user experience we designed for their application, as well as for their new website,” said Joe DeMicco, Founder and CEO of AIMG. “But what you don’t see is the countless hours that went into this project developing detailed, hyper-specific buyer personas. This application was unique. We had to entice both doctors and patients into using it. Not only are there two different reasons these people would want to join, but when it comes to medical treatment, they speak two totally different languages. Our meticulous creation of buyer personas allowed us to tap deeply into the motivations of both groups to create the most effective and engaging UI/UX we could.”
Once the project was completed, the website was much more accessible to a non-medical audience, and included a brand new doctor locator tool. The application received a fresh new look and became easier for patients and doctors to use.
